Will I be turned away for having no experience?

No. All four cards were written for people starting fresh, which is why the form asks about your availability instead of your work history. Employers screen on whether you can be reached during the blocks you nominated.

How much of the week does this take up?

Some applicants do two long evenings and nothing else. Others spread short blocks across five days. Both patterns are common here and neither is treated as the proper way to do it.

What do I need at home?

A computer that is not on its last legs, internet that stays up through a block, and a spot quiet enough to read carefully. None of these four cards involve phone calls, so a headset is not required.

Is the training paid?

It depends on the employer and is stated plainly in the brief they send you. We do not average it across the four cards, because a wrong guess here would show up in your first payslip.

Who employs me?

The employer behind the card you answered. They set the terms, they confirm the roster, and they pay you on their own schedule. DeltaHyre introduces you and takes nothing from your rate.

Is there any charge?

None, at any stage. Nothing is charged for the listing, the training or a deposit. If someone uses our name to ask you for money or banking details, that is not us — email the address in the contact panel.
